Projects and Proposals
Certain projects, e.g., website design, web application development, podcast production, custom programming/scripting, and video post-production work may have prices set by a separate proposal or invoice. All other work, including work beyond the scope of the perviously mentioned proposals or invoices, will be billed according to the information set forth below.
On-Site Support
$150 per hour, 1-hr minimum billing, per 15 minutes thereafter + pre-approved trip charge if applicable.
Remote Support
$150 per hour
Remote support includes support related email, phone calls, meetings, research, thinking, screen sharing, training, etc. Detailed time sheet included with invoicing. Billed in six minute increments.
Remote support DOES NOT include non-support related email, phone calls, meetings, etc. For example:
- Initial phone consultations
- Pre-agreement meetings
Regular Operating Hours
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Support outside of these hours may be billed at a higher rate.
